DOMESTIC

$5 shipping in the U.S. for original paintings, prints and other products from web shop. Production time is 8-10 business days plus transit time. Shipping is done by USPS, UPS, Fedex or DHL depending on location. Tracking will be provided.

International

$20 international shipping for paper prints from web shop. For original artwork and wood prints, a default $20 is charged but total shipping cost will depend on the weight of the artwork and delivery location. I will invoice you regarding additional shipping fees after order is placed.

Production time is 8-10 business days plus transit time. Orders can take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery (or more if it gets held up in customs). Buyers are responsible for international taxes and custom duties.

Returns

All sales are final, no refunds or returns.

If your item arrived damaged please email me (hello@janetmeinkelau.com) ASAP and send photos of the packaging. I will use these pictures to file a claim with the shipping carrier. I will send you a replacement print/product.
